Laura Darcy is a Community Educator, Embodiment + Mindful Movement Mentor, Holistic Wellness Coach, Artist, Writer + Speaker.

As a 500YTT, Laura teaches through a trauma informed lens as she weaves embodiment practices and breath patterns into originally curated movement + mindfulness classes, that bring us back home to our bodies. She has worked as a Holistic Wellness Educator and Community Builder for over a decade supporting people and communities in creating a culture of care and belonging. This has brought Laura to speak and teach at Universities, Retreats, Conferences and Companies across Canada, about the power of writing our own stories, sharing in the power of human connection and coming home to ourselves.
Laura works to restore the medicine of circle and gathering people together in community to heal.
Understanding the power of human connection and bringing people together in safe space to be seen, heard and valued for the glory that they are and choose to be.
Her wish is, that nobody gets left behind.
Laura is now co-stewarding the global Wellness Education Company Zura Health as their Community Educator, Sacred Space Holder + Embodiment Coach.
As a coach Laura works to support us in unpacking the stories our bodies hold through a personalized integrative approach. Understanding that every soul is on their own unique journey, she weaves together the medicines of embodiment + movement modalities, talk-coaching, self-reflection, and safe space to feel and explore.
Laura’s also works specifically with the next generation empowering them to be all that they are and hold space for them to be in their bodies through retreats + camps.
As a writer and Moment Maker, Laura creates art about the intimate exploration of self and the intimacies of the human experience, inviting us to slow down and tend to that which matters most. She is a weaver of all things heart medicine and the Journey Home. Her why is to hold space for people to come home to themselves and explore who they are, because it all belongs.
