since I was little, I understood the the power of our stories and the capacity they have to change the world. I am enthusiastic about getting on stage or gathering in intimate circles as a seed planter, a mirror & a mentor — guiding a light for people to find their way home.
Traveling to speak across Canada, Laura has been blessed to land on stages alongside the @ACE COLLECTIVE at the RISE Retreat in Lake Louise, partnerships with Speaking Lulu Lemon, Arc’tryx. Speaking to Universities and Colleges students at George Brown, U of T and Ryerson. As an advocate for the mental health of teens Laura has made her way though schools and organizations such as New View Collective & Girlvana Yoga to speak on the power of writing our own story & being who we are. As a Human Connection enthusiast, Laura has also created her own Panel Discussion “ Fueling Local “ hosted within the walls of RYU, Be Fresh + soon to be online to nourish a more empowered community.
