this is the most intimate, personalized way to work together. the journey home weaves together movement, self-exploration, ritual, coaching support & guidance to support you & what you are moving through.
6 x 75 min sessions: sessions include therapeutic movement + embodiment, emotional understanding & regulation, self-reflection, ritual + ceremony, healing conversation + compassionate coaching.
Post session follow up emails: Rituals, embodiment practices, journal prompts, curated playlists, verbal / written support + medicinal resources all of these tools are intended to support you in your integration + tending to what we’ve uncovered
