200HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Yoga is founded on the principle of oneness, a universal coming together of the individual consciousness- we are all connected. It is our purpose to take yoga beyond the mat and studio. Our passion is to weave yoga authentically into our daily lives, in our homes, relationships and work on this planet. As you explore with us, you will not only deepen your understanding of the mind-body intelligence and harmony, you will also investigate and cultivate tools that will support you in moving through your life with fluidity, connection, belonging and a true sense of purpose.

Our goal is to inspire you to unearth and embody your gifts as a human. We want to empower you to be a bright light regardless of whether you want to teach a traditional yoga class or not. This course is the education of Self and the Practice of YOU.
An adventure in personal power and all of the components you need to fulfill your desire and craving to embody your wholeness.

This training is designed for the souls wishing to transform their personal yoga practice, as well as those seeking to share their knowledge of yoga with others. Your yoga is your yoga, it looks and feels different from one person to the next and we invite you to come exactly as you are. Trust that you have received the sign that it is time for you to leap and step into a new adventure and development.

COURSE SCHEDULE + STRUCTURE

ONLINE MODULE 1: 50 HOURS |

• 30Hours Anatomy Intensive | online at your own pace.

• Tuesdays 6:30-8pm pst | 1.5hour Online Class | Pranayama + Meditation

• Wednesdays 6:30-8pm pst | 1.5hour Group discussion + Connection Call

• Sundays | 1.5 hour weekly Yoga Class, Ritual + Reflection

ONLINE MODULE 2: 50 HOURS |

• 1OHours Philosophy Intensive | online at your own pace.

• 10 hours Embodied Purpose Self Leadership course (75min session x 8 Dates + times TBD)

• Tuesdays 6-8pm pst | 1.5hour Online Class | Pranayama + Meditation

• Wednesdays 6-8pm pst | 1.5hour Group discussion + Connection Call

• Sundays | 1.5 hour weekly Yoga Class, Ritual + Reflection

IN PERSON MODULE 3 | 100 HOUR IMMERSION | UCLUELET, VANCOUVER ISLAND, BRITISH COLUMBIA. 10 x 10 hr days of learning + experiential education adventures!
